2024: still 100000% recommend them. Communication, again, was on point. After they cleaned our house we noticed there were a couple of places where the siding had popped but we hadn’t noticed because it had been a bit dirty. I’m scared of heights and I couldn’t fathom climbing up to fix the siding. They sent someone out to pop everything back into place, free of charge. Their guys were polite and efficient! Communication with the office was also great! Looking forward to seeing you guys in a couple of years again! Oh! And the spot treatments they did on our roof to keep things from growing has continued to hold up well! 2021: 1000% recommend them! Prior to service the communication was on point! Fast response and estimates were given. When they came they were friendly and professional. They got right to work! They worked hard in the humid heat. And our house looked as amazing as it did when we bought it. No more jungle coming out of the gutters! Our roof is treated. And when they were done they checked in with me and let me know what I can expect for post-treatment. They were courteous. They left no trash (a problem I’ve had with other contractors) or other telltale sign that they were ever there except for a clean exterior of our house! I highly recommend!

The Kendall Team did a great job. Removed black streaks from roof. Were very care with plants, lawn and building. Staff was professional and even took the extra time to tie sea gull lines back on the roof. Exceptional. Also did super job with next door neighbors roof that was black. When they were done it was white again. Weather was terrible the day they did it, but the guys didn't give up. EXCELLENT - Use them. Many companies in area are "soft wash" experts with fancy trucks and advertising. Avoid them. They will do your house and make excuses or charge you more to do the job right. Kendall's price was the lowest in 25 mile service area. Great Company.

Professional from beginning to end! I searched online for a reputable local company and so happy we chose Kendall Exterior Cleaning. The office staff was quick to respond with thorough explanations of fees and the Lee (the owner), came out right away to meet with my husband. We were impressed with the quote - we received the entire house wash plus gutter whitening, window cleaning and decks. WOW what a difference ... I can't believe how white our vinyl and gutters are - decks free of mildew - windows are crystal clear. Our home is 2 stories on top of pilings and a garage, with the largest windows are on the canal front with tricky access when it comes to ladders etc, but it was no problem at all with these guys! They took extra time and care to make sure our freshly planted landscaping was covered and I'm happy to report there were no issues at all (last company killed my shrubberies:). Couldn't be happier and will definitely recommend (our neighbor is already signed up)!
